Finance Calculators

The finance calculators here cover the money questions that come up most often: what a loan or mortgage will cost each month, how savings grow when you keep adding to them, how much of a salary is left after deductions, and how much Zakat is due on your assets. Each tool takes plain inputs, shows the result as a summary or schedule, and lets you change one assumption at a time so you can compare scenarios side by side. Everything is calculated in your browser, so the figures you type are not sent to a server. The results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax or religious advice, so check any important decision against your lender's quote, your payslip or a qualified adviser.

Frequently asked questions

Are the results exact?

They are estimates calculated from the inputs you provide. Real quotes can differ because of fees, rounding rules, tax bands and lender-specific terms.

Is my financial data stored or uploaded?

No. The calculations run in your browser, and the numbers you enter are not sent to a server by these tools.

Why might my lender show a different payment?

Lenders may add fees, use a different compounding or day-count convention, or include insurance and taxes. Use the calculator for comparison, then confirm with the official quote.

Can I use any currency?

Yes for the arithmetic, because the tools work with plain numbers. Tax and mortgage rules, however, are modelled on the assumptions described on each tool's page.
